  • Agreement with the purpose of the school, its administration, and the pastoral leadership of the church
  • Belief that Abundant Life Christian Academy is God’s current direction for your life
  • Current membership of a fundamental, evangelical church
  • Demonstration of a love for learning and teaching
  • Demonstration of a strong love for children
  • Evidence of professional competency and classroom management skills
  • History of good moral character, professional ethics, and physical and mental health
  • Proof of attainment of education requirements for position you are applying
  • Record of education courses taken
